  • pull request processor - “vp of engineering”
    • this person needs to make sure the amount of open pull requests dont pile up. this means they must constantly review all the opened pull requests and approve/deny them.
    • this person’s performance based compensation would be a function of a moving average of open pull requests or they get a hit on their pay if theres a pull request thats opened for too long like 2+ weeks.
    • they are responsible for making sure that the repository is stable, unlike how ours has been in the last month
